Anthea Fernandes is a Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public in Ontario.

She is also a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and has immense experience in the field of immigration.

Anthea brings with her work experience across four countries, and has extensive international experience in business law, drafting of agreements, undisputed family law and immigration.

Anthea is empathetic and is committed to providing her clients with the best legal advice and service that will protect their interests. She is a passionate advocate and a problem solver by nature and believes that communication is a crucial aspect of the client-lawyer relationship.

Anthea has also been deeply involved in the community both in the Tristate Area in the US, and here in Ontario. She has been a CASA working for the best interest of foster children, has volunteered with consultative bodies to the UN as well as volunteered at a suicide helpline in New York City.
